Barbara is paneled with the following insurance companies in Illinois:

- TriCare (Effective 12/1/2023)
- Magellan (BCBS HMO that is not associated with a hospital affiliation)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
- Blue Cross Community Health Plan
- Cigna/EverNorth
- CountyCare
- Molina
If your insurance company is not listed, please check with Creative Space before starting services. We also accept private pay as well.
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment directly on my site via this page.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
